The purpose of the processing is managing customer relations, implementing the rights and obligations of the customer and Joiqucom Oy, and processing personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act for purposes related to online services, targeting Joiqucom Oy and/or its partners' advertising and/or direct marketing based on customer data through Joiqucom Oy's media and services without handing over personal data to an outside party.

6. REGULAR INFORMATION SOURCES

The register is compiled from Joiqucom Oy's customer information system. Information is actively maintained using generally available internet sources as well as occasional customer and decision-maker databases.

7. REGULAR TRANSFER OF REGISTRY INFORMATION

Register data will not be disclosed to third parties or transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, except when required by Finnish authorities.

8. DELETING DATA

Data can be deleted at the Customer's request or due to the end of the customer relationship.

9. REGISTRY PROTECTION PRINCIPLES

The register is kept only in digital form. The information network and the hardware on which the register is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures. Personal information is kept confidential.

10. RIGHT OF PROHIBITION

The customer has the right to prohibit the disclosure and processing of their data for direct advertising and other marketing purposes.
